Pilates Matwork and Reformer Training - in Mid Sussex
 
Pilates is a gentle but very effective form of exercise that targets the postural muscles in the body. If practiced in the correct way with precision and control, pilates exercise helps to strengthen these muscles to hold the joints of the body in their correct position. This helps to decrease the risk of injury, or can help rehabilitate an old injury. Pilates is great for all ages and abilities. For rehabilitation from injury or to enhance athletic performance. These pilates classes are run by pilates trainer Jo Hendrick. Jo has been teaching pilates since 2005 when she qualified with Pilates Training Solutions, and has been teaching fitness since 2001. Jo is a REPs (register of exercise professionals) level 3 advanced instructor. Jo runs her classes in Hurstpierpoint and Cuckfield in West Sussex. One to one tuition is also available for rehab, matwork or on the reformer at £30 per hour.
